These terms govern your use of websites and online stores operated by Zakarnah FZE (licence no. 4432398.01, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority). By using them or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and pricing

We aim to describe products and prices accurately. Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise. We may correct errors and change prices or availability at any time before an order is accepted.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or message. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or fraud is suspected, and will refund any amount paid in that case.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on our websites, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Zakarnah FZE or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our websites, including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with their operation, or using them for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction over any dispute.
